Palmer
originally
worked
for the
North
Dakota
Cooperative
Extension
Service
when
he
came
to the
College
in
1910.
He
organized
boys
and
girls
club
work
and
launched
the
college
press
service
, was in
charge
of the
college's
agricultural
film
and
slide
service
, and
served
as the
Chairman
of the
college
Information
Department
until
his
retirement
in
1945.
