| Description | View of the soldiers in military uniform of Company F, Second Regiment of the Dakota National Guard. This was the first regiment of the Dakota National Guard in Valley City. There are three men in front, and a row of soldiers all holding onto bayonets. In the center is a flag bearer. On the left stand four men in military band uniforms, one with a base drum, two with drums, and one with a fife. On the left in the distance is the 4th Avenue bridge. |
