| Transcription | "Harvey Harrison, family history between"--Handwritten underneath photograph. "History of Harvey + Bertha Harrison. Harvey Harrison Sr. Came from Nova Scotia. He came to the Urbana territory. He was one of the first settlers to come and built a home. Mr. Harrison married Bertha Warren. Mr. Harison had one sister and one brother. After settling in their new home, they began to raise a family - They were the parents of 3 sons, 6 daughters - The oldest son died in France from wounds suffered in a battle of World War I. the year 1918. Rebecca (the oldest daughter) married Andrew Brimer Jr. in June 1910 - She passed away in May 1911. Elizabeth passed away at a very early age - The other children all attended the Urbana school - Eckelson Township district 46. The children gradually married + settled in their own homes. Harvey Harrison Jr. stayed and farmed the home farm - He to married and raised a family of 3 sons and 1 daughter. Harvey Jr. passed away in June of 1993. All his brother + sisters passed away before Harvey Jr - He was the last one to leave this world. Ending a long line of History - Submitted by Dorothy (Mrs. Tuentin ?)
