| Biography/History | The Bismarck Junior College Development Foundation, later the Bismarck State College Development Foundation, raises money for the college. The money goes to student activities, development, and a scholarship fund. The first fundraising ball was held in 1981 and it was an annual event until 2005. The ball included extravagant decorations, a dinner, a live band, and dancing. |
