DescriptionA view of the two storey building fronts and storefronts, covered in ice after a fire in Harvey, N.D. There are a few people gathered into two groups standing behind barricades looking at the damage. Signs on the building say "EAT, " and "Modern, tailor and cleaning." The brick façade can be seen on the second floor on the left buildings. There is a decorative brick design at the top of the façade.
