Transcription"Groundhog day is the time when that little ground animal is supposed to come out of his hole, look for his shadow and if he sees it to crawl back and stay for six weeks, for bad weather is ahead. These are also about the days when the politician crawls out out view the situation. that he will see his shadow is a settled fact. He just as well crawl back into his hole for there is going to be more than any six weeks of very stormy weather for political groundhogs this year." - Accompanying text.
