Transcription"Congressman John M. Baer, when he drew this cartoon for you, wrote the following notation on the drawing: 'A chain is the best example of co-operation.' Is he right? Sure he is! Each link co-operates with each other link. Baer might also have written on his drawing that 'no chain is stronger than its weakest link.' How about your state? Are you helping to make it as strong as every other link in this great chain of co-operation for better government, for justice and democracy? Remember, there must be no weak links. And there won't be! The Nonpartisan League is marching to certain victory in thirteen states." - Accompanying text.
