| Transcription | "With the failure of the wheat crop an increased acreage of corn and some good yields have helped to make this grain a subject of live interest in North Dakota this year. Our amateur scientist and 'better farmer, ' Mr. M.T. Dome, contributes his thoughts and hints to the discussion. Mr. Baer has helped him out in presenting the subject in a graphic way. 'Corn is the right crop to raise because there's so much more of it and the bushels are so much bigger, ' says Mr. Dome. 'I intend to go further with my researches on the subject." - Text below cartoon. |
