Transcription"Three Up, One Down: Consider this mother and son portrait of Lily and Nick, two burros owned by Palmer Hallquist, who lives in Oakport Township in Clay County, two miles north of Fargo - Moorhead. Lily knows all burros should carry their ears at attention, but her son, who was a mere day old when the picture was taken, has the ear-holding lesson only half learned.
