Biography/History"Hat Hazards. Milady's Easter Bonnet with all the Hazards on It formed the theme of a 'Millinery' style show staged in Fargo last week for representatives of Cass County's 80 Homemakers Clubs and modeled by them. In a humorous, yet significant way, it pointed up household articles that have an element of danger. Mrs. D. W. Burr, Cass County Health nurse, picked up the idea from the 44th National Safety Congress and Exposition in Chicago. Having accompanied the decoration of the hats, donated by Homemaker Club women and other friends, she now feels she can qualify as a milliner." - taken from The Fargo Forum, February 24, 1957., p. C-8.
