| Transcription | "Fargo Expansion - In this Fargo Forum aerial photo the recently-annexed Fargo Investment Co. First Addition to the city of Fargo is shown (No. 1) and other residential areas that are developing rapidly. The Fargo Investment Co. addition includes the area between 17th and 18th Avenues South and between 5th and 13th Streets. The company has an option on the remainder of the area south of 18th Avenue to the Fargo Country Club property south of 18th Avenue to the east-west cemetery road, which will be 20th Avenue, from 5th to 13th Streets, exclusive of a small track at the southeast corner which already is residential property. The clubhouse of the Country Club is indicated at 3 on the photo. Construction of homes in the Fargo Investment addition has begun by the following owners: Maurice H. Dorfman, Donald R. Hansen, Robert B. Jensen, Richard D. Kaye, Richard C. Krupich, Ronald P. Krupich, George A. Lavelle, Dr. Phillip T. Lier: Donald S. Norem, Dale Olmstead, Albert M. Sannes, Harry A. Simon, Harold R. Tait, LeRoy D. Thorpe, Edwin C. Wichmann. No. 2 in the picture shows the Buland sub-division between 13th and 15 1/2 Avenues South and 11th to 13th Streets. No. 4 is Riverside Cemetery. West of the Fargo Investment Co. tract is about a quarter section of land owned by the Fargo Board of Education.
