| Biography/History | Six members of the Gerald Munson family were killed in the June 20, 1957 tornado that struck north Fargo, N.D. including Jeanette Irene. Cal Olson and the staff of the Fargo Forum won a 1958 Pulitzer Prize for their coverage of the tornado, and the photograph of Jeanette Munson's lifeless body being removed from the rubble of her home at 818 25th Street N., Fargo, N.D. in the Golden Ridge neighborhood. |
