"L. B. Hanna Home now located in this property - 707 - 8 St So" - Handwritten on back of print, however this is an error as it was located a lot north of the future Hanna house.
The house was built for Wilbur F. Ball, Attorney and Fargo Mayor about 1885.

Biography/HistoryHouse was owned by attorney, Wilbur F. Ball from the late 1880s to about 1909. Mr. Ball served as the Mayor of Fargo from 1890-92, 1894-96.
