Transcription"Williston, N.Dak. Nov 1, 1910. Mrs. L. Pettit, we are now at Williston our car is rite at the Misouria River the river is 1 1/2 miles wide in the Spring. Vernie dont like to drink this water in the river he ses it looks like ashes and tastes a great deal worse. We had snow hear yesterday and today I just seen farnum a few minutes a go, he was just ready to leave. H.S." - Handwritten on back of postcard.
