Transcription"The upper picture shows a stretch of a 300-foot concrete dike between the river and the Russell-Miller company. Constructed by D. V. Beaton and Son, Fargo, sub contractors, the cement will be sunk four feet into the ground and is 8 feet, 8 inches above ground level.
