| Transcription | Postmarked at Havelock, N.D., Feb. 1, 1921, addressed to Miss Edna Rew, Pine Island, Minn. Text reads: "Sunday, Jan. 30, '21. Dear Edna; this picture will give you an idea of what the prairie is like. Regent is about 9 miles from where we live. We Forded down there last Thursday. took Mrs. Burl with us. It snowed all day yesterday and again today so guess we won't Ford again for awhile. But come out next June and we'll have a few rides. Love from Frances. Had a letter from Lizzie a couple weeks ago. They are well." |
