Biography/HistoryThe 10th Street N. and Great Northern Railroad underpass was constructed in the summer of 1938 funded by Federal dollars generated by the Emergency Relief Act and the Bureau of Roads. Rue Construction of Bismarck was the firm in charge of the project.
