| Biography/History | Barnett Field the home of F-M Twins baseball team, was built in 1936 by the W.P.A. The first formal game was played on August 28, 1936. The park was dedicated on July 29, 1937, and named after Judge William H. Barnett. In the 1950s, Barnett was the home field of baseball great Roger Maris. The field was torn down in October 1963 to make way for the Fargo North High School. |
