Angus Kennedy, U.S. deputy marshal, is at the right; U.S. Marshal C. M. Foresman behind the prisoners. The pair arrived here Friday afternoon from Topeka, Kan. They were arraigned there on charges of abducting Ralph Senn, Mandan police officer on June 5. Arthur Bistrom, 37, brother of Carl, now in custody in Omaha, Neb., will be brought to Fargo soon to face similar charges. Date for the hearing has not yet been set." |
