The Dalrymple or Cass Farm is situated 20 miles west of Fargo, D. T., on the N.P.R.R. Contains 11, 000 acres, 4, 000 under cultivation this year; it has three sets of buildings, each containing dwelling house, stock barns, granary, etc., of immense proportions.The Grandin Farm is 30 miles north of Moorhead, on the Red River between Elm and Goose Rivers; contains 40, 000 acres, 3, 000 under cultivation this year. The buildings are the same as the Dalrymple Farm. Each farm has a Headquarters, where is located the office, supply room, blacksmith's shop, etc. Both farms are under the management of Mr. Dalrymple, who is assisted by superintendents, foremen, and agents." - printed on back of stereograph. |
