| Transcription | "This view of Fargo was taken from the Fargo flour mill, which was located close to the Fargo end of the old north bridge, with the camera pointing southwest. The Pacific Lumber yard was located where the Central Lumber yard is now located. The Minnesota House which can be seen in the background at the left, over the J. I. Case warehouse, was located at 114 Front Street. The Fargo Packing company building was located at 211 Front Street. The building in the background, just to the left of the Fargo Packing Co., building, is the Fargo college building." - Identification by James Fay, 1954, and typed on identification sheet. |
