Large arch built over half the street with parade in progress and large crowd on both sides of street. Archway has "Welcome Soldiers, Sailors Marines" on top. Soldiers marching on street far into distance. Bunting also visible on some of the buildings. Parade held in conjunction with opening of the state fair in Fargo. |
