| Biography/History | Inger Marie Bilstad was born in Worth County, Iowa in April 27, 1884. She homesteaded in section 12, Bear Den Township, McKenzie County, North Dakota in 1912 (Township 149 N., Range 96 W.). Her sister Laura Bilstad homesteaded in section 4 of the same township. Inger did not stay long on the claim and returned to Kensett, Iowa where she died on July 1973. |
