Starting at left, are the Erickson-Helleckson Lumber Company, Peoples State Bank, Selvig Mercantile Company, a hardware store, a drug store with people sitting on the front step, and a general store. On the other side of the street are a garage, the Sanish Sentinel newspaper, a cafe, a billiard parlor, a lunch counter, cream station, and the Sanish Bakery. Moving up to the opposite, the Hotel Sanish is visible on one side of the street. On the opposite side are Farmers State Bank, J.P. Breslin Hardware Store, a building marked with the words Bovey-Jackson, and the Royal Hotel. A water pump is visible in the intersection. |
