Date of Original 1909 Creator Holmboe, Peter Creator Role Photographer Description Wide angle panorama taken from the top of railway cars parked in railyards. The gardens surrounding the depot can be seen with the work "Mandan" spelled out in flowers and surrounded by grass and trees. A tailor's shop and Interocean Hotel can be seen on Main Street beyond the park area with two women in white with parasols walking in front of the entrance. The two story depot with covered area faces towards the railyard with people milling around and cars with lumber stacks are waiting to be hooked to trains. Two elevators are visible in distance with "Best Flour" visible on one.
