Description	A woman on horseback leads floats down a Hettinger street during the Fourth of July parade. Children who are members of the Hettinger Juvenile Band ride in the next float with a sign reading "Education" on it. Decorated vehicles and farm machinery make up the rest of the parade. Flags fly from the roofs of the buildings.
