cases.
Rodeo
is

sport
that had its
beginnings
in a
working
situation

nearly
all
the
events
have their
origins
in
some
ranch
task.
Saddle
bronc
riding
goes
back
to
increasing
the
string
of
working
cowponies
and
calf
roping
goes
back
to
branding
time
and
identifying
to what
ranch
the
young
one
belonged.
