| Biography/History | The prominent building on the right is the Patterson Hotel, built in 1911 by Alexander McKenzie. Originally called the McKenzie Hotel, in 1923 the name changed to the Patterson Hotel, after then owner Edward G. Patterson. This building was the headquarters of the Non-Partisan League from 1915 until the party's dissolution in the late 1920s. |
