| Transcription | "North Dakota State Capitol, Bismarck. C. Finney's Photo"--Printed on front of postcard. "This card was bot in Bismarck March 1 the birthday reminder of a good dear friend, but "Was it sent?" Nay, my conscience pricks me too, deeply to to let me dwell on that subject, so I'll say that I drove up to Bismarck with Mrs. John Knauf (president of the state Fed. of clubs now) to attend a Board meeting as the next state meeting is in V.C. Apr. 10 to 13. When there I saw this beautiful bldg and thought of our happy days in the old one and how much fun it would be to "reunion" in this some day. Hazel will be here for a while yet as her Wash. has not yet opened up and how we are enjoying this time of freedom together. I could write volumes and promise you I WILL. Please call on Miss Alice Macdonald, Librarian Hollywood and tell her you are my friend. She is from V.C. We were girlhood chums. Have not seen her for years. Love"--Typewritten on back of postcard. "Mrs. M. P. Tatem, 960 Curson Ave, Hollywood, California"--Handwritten on back of postcard. |
