Transcription"look as I was holding my hands meekly in front of me but I'm holding on to a go-cart. This was taken on Market Day June 26. I have marked a /x/ over the boys' office that's E. & standing by the door & Don is in the doorway. Jeanie is running down the street & is after a lady & gentleman. The chair came this a.m. Both children were delighted with it but I can fully understand it was hers. "mine chair" she calls it. We told her grandma sent it to her & know she understood. I say thank you for her. Alice"--Handwritten on back of postcard.
