| Biography/History | The Northern Pacific Railroad built a facility here in 1881. Settlement began in 1900. By 1910, the town had over 1,000 inhabitants. In 1912, Beach became the seat of Golden Valley County. The grain elevators provided the main economic stimulus to the area. |
