| Biography/History | The Waldorf Hotel was built in 1899. In 1942 the hotel was sold, and the name changed to the Milner Hotel. The name was changed again shortly thereafter to the Earle Hotel. The hotel was located on 7th and Front Street (now Main Avenue). The first Fargo House hotel was built in 1883. The building pictured above was the newer hotel built around the turn of the century on Fourth Street and Front Street. |
