Biography/HistoryAndrew Miller practiced law in Iowa before moving to Bismarck in 1905. He was assistant attorney general for the state before being elected to the Attorney General position in 1908. He was appointed a federal judge in 1922 and retired in 1941. He presided over William Langer's trial in 1934.
