| Biography/History | The McLean County State Bank was chartered December 8, 1898. The bank's original officers were C.B.Little, president; S.M. Pye, vice president; J.C. Anderson, cashier; and Jos. S. Wright, assistant cashier. The bank was located in the brick building on 20 Dakota Avenue. The McLean County Bank was taken over by the First National Bank of Wilton on June 24 1922. |
