Biography/HistoryFestival Hall on the Wells County Fairgrounds was a WPA funded project. $24,617 was secured for the project. Construction began in 1937 and completed in 1938. 25 to 30 men were employed during the project. The Wells County Fairgrounds were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
