DescriptionTwo men stand on a horse-drawn float sponsored by the Washburn Coal Company. On the back of the float is a load of lignite. A sign attached to the back of the float reads: "This load of famous Wilton lignite coal to be given to the person making the closest estimate of the number of pounds it contains. Secure a ticket for your estimate." Flags decorate the float and the horses. St. Mary's Church is visible in the background.
