ribbon
windows
with
unique
aluminum
spandrels
on the
spandrels
on the
second
and
third
floor
windows.
The
skin
of the
building
is
Indiana
limestone.
At the
top
of the
front
facade
are the
words
"BURLEIGH
COUNTY
COURT
HOUSE"
fashioned
out
of
raised
metal
letters
and
affixed
to the
limestone.
