| Description | The interior of the dome on the Divide County Courthouse in Crosby, North Dakota features murals rather than the usual skylights. These murals depict scenes of early area history: Indians traveling on horseback, a railroad town, a dairy farm, and a sod house-homestead. The panels between the murals have painted eagles resting on wreathed emblems. The light fixture in the center of the dome consists of a large banded globe and six curved sconces supporting glass globes and is constructed of brass and glass. |
