Land Dealers. It is a two-story wooden building with a balcony on the second floor. In front of the building there are two carriages pulled by teams of horses. Some of the men are in the carriages while others are standing on the porch of the building. In the background, on either side of the building, other houses and businesses are visible. He platted the original townsite in 1903 and built the first buildings in the town including the Brown Hotel and the Mott Supply Company.
