| Biography/History | Sacred Heart Academy, also known as Notre Dame Academy, was established in 1906 and closed in 1968. The main building was erected in 1906, and a new wing added in 1909. An infirmary was built after a smallpox epidemic in 1912. The average enrollment during the years the school was open was 130. |
