| Biography/History | The Dakota Theatre opened as a single screen in 1951 and was converted to a twin screen theatre in at a later time. The theatre originally seated 900, but the seats were reduced to 821 after the second screen was added. The theatre is still standing and has been converted into a restaurant. |
