DescriptionConstruction nears completion on the new North Dakota Capitol building. Staging is still visible inside the main entryway between the capitol tower and the Legislative wing. The stairs are completed. The old capitol is visible at right, and has been mostly demolished. A man is visible walking on the mall road.
