Biography/HistoryThe campaign to sell war bonds, or Liberty Bonds, used many images to encourage people to buy bonds. The caption of this photograph assures people that if they buy bonds, the trucks carrying supplies to soldiers on the front lines will get to their destination. Bonds were sold by "Four-Minute Men" who spoke (for four minutes) at every public gathering during the war.
