| Biography/History | This church was the second Concordia Lutheran Church in Crosby. It was built of sandstone brick built in 1912 at a cost of $10,000. Services were regularly held in the Norwegian language until 1936, and occasionally after that until 1940. A school building was acquired from Blooming Prairie Township, which was attached to the church by a tunnel. In 1953, a growing congregation made a fund drive for a new church necessary, and the new church opened in September, 1956. |
