| Biography/History | Jack and Robert Watts started Capital Aviation after returning to Bismarck in 1945 after serving in World War II. In addition to chartering flights, Capital Aviation was also a Cessna dealership. Their planes were used to fly missions with instruments to confirm oil in the Tioga Basin, and also conducted game counts, grassland surveys, and power line patrols. |
