| Biography/History | Charles A. Peterson was born in Sweden, and came to homestead in Porter Township, Dickey County in September 1882. In time, he would buy out Jack Weaver, who contested the claim. He moved to Swift County, Minn. in 1899, but continued to own the homestead in Dickey County. |
