Antoinne Vallombrosa was born in 1921 and was the son of Louis, Duke de Vallombrosa. As a child, he visited Medora and the Chateau that his grandfather built several times. He visited again in the 1970s and 1980s. He died in 1982 without children, and the Marquis de Mores' direct family line died with him.
