Biography/HistoryHarvey Hopkins was born in Elbowoods, N.D., to Ernest Hopkins and Ida Morsette on February 23, 1895. He served in WWI and was the first ordained minister on the Fort Berthold Reservation. He passed away on February 27, 1952. Ernest Hopkins was the son of Young Hawk and Otter Woman.
