Date of Original 198- Description The Golden Valley County Courthouse in Beach, N.D. is one of only two examples of Federalist Revival courthouses found in the state (Logan County is the other). The front facade features a raised basement and two main stories which terminate in a broad frieze board and hipped roof. The prominent entry bay is decorated with features of the style. A gray sky and leafless trees suggest late fall.
