Transcription"Garrison Dam construction season started: Work on the inner plug of the outlet channel, downstream from the large embankment, was started this week. Water will be allowed to back up into the outlet channel and fill the power house and flood control tunnels and intake channel before the intake channel plug, located above the dam, is removed.
